Heavy-Duty

 Glass Sliding Door

Glass configuration: 5+15A+5mm, hollow tempered glass.

Wall thickness: 1.8mm. Multiple seals, hidden drainage system.

Material: Constructed from fully tempered glass (3/8″ to 1/2″ thick) or tempered laminated glass (1/2″ or thicker) meeting ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC 16 CFR 1201 Category II safety standards. Frames are typically high-grade aluminium or stainless steel, complementing the pergola’s aluminium alloy structure.

Durability: Designed for high-traffic commercial or residential settings, resisting impact, weather, and vandalism. Laminated glass ensures shards stay intact if broken, while polycarbonate options offer superior impact resistance but may scratch over time.

Sliding Glass Doors: Ideal for space-constrained pergolas, offering smooth operation and unobstructed views. Supports large panels (up to 10’x10’). They provide thermally controlled sliding systems for indoor-outdoor living.

Pivot Doors: Sleek, modern, with heavy-duty pivot hinges supporting doors up to 330 lbs. Suitable for statement entrances.

Frameless Glass Doors: Feature 1/2″ thick tempered glass for a minimalist look, often used in interior or sheltered pergola setups. Available as complete kits with hinges, handles, and locks.
